I have been actively trying to stay more present and appreciate the moment that I am in. It's easy to spend our days worrying about the past or future.

"What did they think of that presentation?"
"What if my meeting does not go well tomorrow?"
I'm sure you have heard of mindfulness but what does that look like in real life?
Here are some ways that I have been able to incorporate mindfulness into my day to day:
🎧 In conversations, actively listen without thinking about what you'll say next. Fully focus on the other person.
🧘🏼♀️ Take 5 deep breaths when you find your mind wandering. Focus on your breathing to recenter yourself.
😮💨 Take mini breaks during your day. Stretch and notice any tightness. Unclench your jaw and relax your shoulders.
