You're not alone. Chances are the person sitting next to you HAS or IS also experiencing some impact of burnout. Whether it's constant connectivity, toxic environments, or unclear boundaries I'm sure you understand when you ARE burned out but may need some advice on what to do about it.
Here are some strategies that I utilize to prevent or reduce burnout in my life:
⏰ Setting boundaries - Separating work/home boundaries is key (especially when WFH) to avoiding constant work availability and never being able to "log out"
🎨 Cultivating interests outside work - Hobbies and volunteering take me out of my work environment which in turn actually provides more focus and a better perspective when I return
🏋🏼♀️ Prioritizing self-care - Making time for exercise (even when I don't want to!), creative outlets and relationships to boost my mood and outlook
Do any of these seem like something you can implement into your weekly routine?
